Todd Huchens use to make a sweet handle!! I was lucky enough to scoop one up a couple years ago. It was called "The Vegas Handle" It's a 3" handle with quite a few connecting spots on it, which allow for different pulling angles!
Don't think you can still find them....unless you contact Todd somehow.
