Is this only for the 12 pullers listed... what is the objective? what about all the rest of the hard working dedicated, US armwrestlers... are they just going to become spectators? And who is planning to spectate? ProArmwrestler.com NYSlammers.com

This will generate a lot of good exposure for Armwrestling and also maybe help open some doors for future tournaments. There will be a lot of potential sponsors watching this event. Hope to see a lot of armwrestlers there for support. I'm sure it will get exposure... however, if what you say is true & if this is truly the main objective, then why are they limiting it to just the 12 Americans listed... Armwrestling is international, is it not? Just a a few questions... ProArmwrestler.com NYSlammers.com

TRUE..armwrestling is world wide but as a promoter putting on your first tournament you want to start out kinda small to test the waters and after if you have a good turn out then you broaden your horizon and go up from there...PATIENCE the world wasn't built in a day.

Harry. All events have to take a step by step approach to becoming bigger. If we were to have 300 guys pullin the masses would be bored. Look at Poker on ESPN. Years ago the show would be a 1/2 hr once a year. Then they went to show us the cards and early play. Then they expanded it to Day1 - Day9. Now they show many of the 40+ events leading up to the main event. If we have some of the same guys on Tv , people will be turning the channel and say " I know that guy" and watch. Soon then they will get hooked . The more that get hooked , the more ratings, The more ratings , the more $$$$$ in the sport.
My 2 cents.

But, based on your points, in a different view, if I were to see the same people pulling these tournaments I would get bored watching the same people pulling each other. Even though the poker tournaments have the same guys/gals playing, the odds of them winning the same placement over and over would not be in their favor. That's the nice thing, the final four usually ends up being different players. I also understand by not boring the masses with 300+ competitors and starting these new tournaments out small to test the waters, but I think with the attention this one is getting doesn't classify it as a small tournament. I, by no means, cannot compete against these heavy hitters, but it would be nice to know I could have a shot at it if I wanted. I do understand their approach, though.

Harry, enough! These "questions" you are asking have been answered before. Look it up in the other pages of the board, they are there....We know why you are asking...AHEM...Can you say Georgi?...... Can you just say what you are TRYING to imply. Why play these games?
Why don'T YOU through a tounament and do it any way you want...This is another Great event that hopefully will bring armwrestling more recognition to the Public, then it being a sport only in bars.

Jeese Christian... 1- Giorgi is not the only non American... but u seem to be focused on him... why? 2- What am I trying to imply, or what you "think" I am implying... please do not put words in my mouth... thank you... (you know what Fraud said about that)... so please don't attack me for his Giorgi's performance capabilities. 3- I can't "through" a tournament, but I can possibly "throw" one... PS. I am in the "creative" field... & IF I ever decide to "throw" one, you never know what us "creatives" will come up with... all I can say is that it will be a nice surprise that no one ever expected... PSS. No matter what, I still love you PSS. Good Lord, my original post was never suggested inviting 300+ US guys to compete... Mohegan event can be found under "EVENTS" ProArmwrestler.com

Relax we all spell wrong at times... jeese... and 2nd: There you go focusing on Giorgi again... I don't get it, I didn't bring him in this post, YOU DID and why are u bringing up his D$$K! LOL Come to think of it, when was the last time I brought him up... please show me...? Last thing I did that had anything to do with him, was post a video of you whipping him like a chump... true or false... so where is all the bitterness stemming from... maybe you should be giving me the opposite response after that video? It's obvious that there is something that is between you & him, because it sure sounds like it... so PLEASE keep me out of it! ProArmwrestler.com NYSlammers.com
