Hi Joyce! You KNOW I'd be there if my arm was better... much better!  Since I wasn't going to be able to pull, I made other plans to go to Michigan with the family. I think they should find a guy to pull you... someone who won't mind getting beat by one of the best women in the world! I think it would really show your strength and abilities as a woman. It would be great publicity for you.  Hopefully someone will "hook up" with the opportunity! Hey Sol, why not have some of the local Washington boys take Joyce on? Perhaps Wayne Fredrickson? What about Conan? I know Joyce is about 175-180, so if the guy is only 10-20 lbs. lighter, I think they would be some pretty good match ups... although I think that Joyce could handle a guy her own weight...  Just a thought.... |

That may be a possibility!! I will keep trying. I also have an idea!! What if the womens open heavy class winner, would try her hand at "World Champion Joyce!! We have a local ladie here that won last year. She is about 200lbs and said she has never been pinned by a woman.. She would like to try her i bet...

Barb Zalepa just called me and she really has an interest in pulling Joyce, but unfortunately, would not be able to come so soon! I have also left another message for Dot ..I will let you know what transpires... Thanks

Hey Sol, I can email Dot if you would like but keep in mind she is in the show business and as Travis told you, (his moto) "show me the money" it might be tough getting Dot.
Don't underestamite Cyntia Yerby (spelling) or Kelly Nelson if you want the best pay them like the guys, you'll see some heads turn.

Hey Sol come on go with the local boys spin. I am 15lbs. lighter than Joyce. Ah Heck I'll pull her....... If Jacob Abbott wears her down first for me. ;D I think losing to her would warp my fragile little ego. If you go to Heidi Andersons website you will see this picture of her holding some young buck like it was nothing. I'M NOT SURE IF I WANT TO BE THAT GUY!!!!

Hey Sol, What about: "Sharon Brandes" She is still capable of pulling awesome though she has not pulled for some time. In fact she did attend an event recently and did well against Jose Morneau. Thanks...I just called her in B.C. i knew her 20years ago! She is working out a sore back right now and just wouldnt be ready... I will keep trying.. Joyce.. I am still working on a match!
