I just wanted to let everyone know, that is going to Unifieds, that Paul Walther will win the 242 class unchallenged, right and left handed!!!!
I had the pleasure of going to his house yesterday where I was able to watch Paul challenge Christian Binnie to a left handed handicap match. Paul told Christian that he could start in a hook, in a winning position, two inches from the pad, and Paul would pin him from there. Well that was exactly what happened on GO!!!!
It was AMAZING to see how STRONG Paul has gotten in these past few months, preparing for Nationals.
Be afraid, be very afraid 242's!!!!
Damn Christian, and I thought you were good!!!!!!

He IS a BEAST!!!!! Hopefully he will go into the upers right too!
AND what happened to him when HE started in a hook in a winning position?...TWICE (only twice because he didn't want to LOSE anymore)....LOL
AGAIN...He is a BEAST...in practice....LOL
Hey I've lost to worse before, even in meets.....LOL

You know, he has ALWAYS been a Beast..Always killed and still kills me in practice....practice ONLY, though. LOL

I heard the same exact thing...Paul and Christian feel like MONSTERS! I hope Paul does win the 242's...he deserves it. He was one of the first pullers that I heard about when I started armwrestling 5 years ago. Who wins in a deep hook match next month... Paul Walther or Mike Bowling?! Does Michael Todd even stand a chance?!.....

Yea paul is a beast left and right handed. His hit is unbelievable. If we started nice and slow without a hit I was able to control the match but if they said ready go i was pinned before i could blink. Christian you guys better come down. I want a rematch lefty..but this time i get to use 2 hands since i suck lefty.

Yes, Paul has improved greatly during the last couple years. He showed it at Unifieds last year. I think his confidence during tournaments has caught up with the talent he had all along. Something to be said about getting rid of being too nervious before a tournament. You can burn yourself out before your first match if you aren't careful. I know I did when I first started armwrestling.

I'm glad I'm 1-0 against Paul though I'm pretty sure he would win next time. He seems to be hitting new levels like my trainining partners. And me I train just to maintain these days as improvement doesnt seem likely. Just support The people we train with to do their best and hopefully achieve thier goals.
Rob, I'm not sure Paul and Mike would end up in a hook
