Justin Bishop was the man at Alabama states. I'd put him 3rd RH below Ruiz. The 54lh looks like its pretty messed up to me. Fraley should be 1st then Pappy, Ruiz, Bishop, Brown, Bundy, Culpepper. IMO

i havent beat him left handed joey last time i pulled him a unifieds he beat me easiley but i did do it rh twice but id agree with kurk as far as lh goes and thanx kurk ive been training very hard to climb the 54 latter cant wait 4 regionals

if the rules of the ranking works the way tk said rh should be 1jason 2 corey 3 me lh should be 1bill 2fraley 3 me
if i recall correctly tk said if you beat a guy you take his spot i think thats the fairest way to do it but honestly doesnt matter to me im shooting for #1 spot thats the only way to be 1 of the best in america not saying im there yet but i can dream lol

lol how long has he been pullin? He felt strong and to beat lee lh took some strength that was the 1st time i beat him lh.

Two yeas back we pulled back in 89/90 took 16/17 year off started back later 09 but he has to train at that weight 154 because we train at 170 and he loses the weight right at end of training I believe he loses power to. We going to try to stay around 160 and train so he doesn't have yo lose so much at the end.
