Someone should set up a 176 round robin in the SouthEast. But it should be open to pullers outside the SE also

Really need a 176 RR and I think your list looks good but Phaup will get wins on some of the guys above him.

I'd be down for a round robin, the issue is just distance. We are so much closer to all of the Northeast tournaments up here, but I'll travel to NC or SC unless it's a big tournament like the Arnold or Nationals-- for those I'll go farther.
I'll be pulling at the Arnold 2014...any of you guys qualify yet, or plan to qualify?
And yes, I agree that Mike Phaup should be much higher.

The problem is just what you said we don't get to the same tournaments. If we get enough ppl committed 1st place will payout at least 1000$ maybe that's motivation, we'd love to have you guys down this way

A $1000 payout is definitely enticing for a regional armwrestling tournament, but let's take a look at a scenario using the Alabama states next year as an example.
The location of that tourney is 715 miles from my house, so I'm filling up about twice on the way down @ $55 a tank, then twice on the way back. Figure hotel will run me about $120, and I'll need two nights, because I'm not driving 11+ hours after the tourney is over in the late afternoon/evening, plus meals on the way down, the day of, and on the way back, figure about $100 with a couple drinks thrown in. Let's not forget entry fees @ $25 an arm. I'm at $610 in total expenses before I even pull! With a max take home of $390, assuming I take first, and having lost the entire weekend, Saturday and Sunday, to do so, you can certainly see why even that payout isn't too tempting!

You would almost think VA would be considered NE region, instead of SE....

You would almost think VA would be considered NE region, instead of SE.... We have Cracker Barrels and Waffle Houses in this state, so I think that's why we're considered SE. Although I must say, I don't have either of those fine establishments anywhere close to me. I live right outside DC, and the folks from my area tend to be a little different than the folks in the true "southern" parts of VA.
