Todd, Question on the RH rankings: Have the 3,4, 5 & 6 guys recently pulled that weight class? No offense intended to any of them - I just haven't seen the names in results lately. Possible they are pulling different weight classes?
On the LH rankings (not that I ever pull them) I think that both of the Kessler's should be in the top 10. I do not believe that they have lost to anyone ranked lower than 6th. Just my $0.02. Bill

BILL,
as i've stated many times on here, we pulled together a vote for (A) top ten, not (THE) top ten. the votes came from different regions of the SEC..... there are too many variables to say who was better than who from each of the 12 states beings some of them have never pulled.....plus not all of the 6 were familiar with each other areas, so this fused together our rankings even better. not one of us would say we were happy with the outcome of the top ten's we came up with...our opinions and some facts were blurred with the vote.
having said that....i'm as pleased as i can be how they are slowly unfolding into what i envisioned. movement within the rankings being based on performance rather than opinion.....i like it when it just simply can;t be denied because someone earned their position.
i'm very happy with the group of people we have voting and keeping up with their regions. was sorry to lose Aaron, he was as passionate about this as I was...(maybe why we never get along maybe?)
they will get better as we get each tournament entered in.
we have accepted that maybe NOOne will ever be happy with the rankings.
hope this helps clear some blur.....watch it unfold!...it will get better!

Todd, Thanks for clearing that up. Please do not take it as a criticism as it was not meant that way.
Andy, Sorry - my bad for not knowing more of the facts. Bill

Jeremy Kessler beat Junior Andrews in MD on November 20th left hand winner take all 176LBS class; but Jeremy and I don't want to be ranked so please keep us off the list. Just so you all know I am renked number 1 at 140 estate row in stafford Va, in the 40 plus masters class. I understand completely why Aaron quit the ranking part of armwrestling.

Heard there was some great pulling in NC this weekend. Any proposed changes to the standings based on the matches?

Paul Story's right has come a long way and his left looked better than ever winning the 76s and 98s and beating Giles Sr. once in the overall. Giles and I had some decent matches but Paul was capable of beating him once and that was extremely impressive to me.
Right handed, Jaime Fortenberry was the last guy in the winners bracket beating Paul quickly the first time they pulled. But he has had a nagging elbow injury, which started acting up. When Paul got back to him, Paul won fairly quickly. I don't know how much to attribute that to the injury or adjustments Paul made.
Simon was 190 but expressed that he would likely be pulling the 176 at nationals so I don't know what to do with that information.
