That's opinion. And supposedly opinion doesn't matter in these rankings.

T/K this one has nothing to do with the vote, Buddy did not beat Chop or Brandon so he can't be ahead of them, how is that difficult now I'm not saying he couldnt beat them but I'm going to assume he would either

Ryan and David its not an opinion its fact, I finished ahead of chop at Florida States in dec and the only time ive pulled Brandon I did beat him so who beat who is just a matter of when we get to pull again but for now my record stands ahead of both Chop and Brandon ! No disrespect to either of those two they are my friends. Sec was central location for everyone! I won that event !!!!

Buddy Chuck was the man before he lost to Chop, Chop lost to Brandon chuck sat by while you pulled at SE Regionals that to me is a forfit but your win over Brandon was years ago in a novice class(if I remember correct) and you finished ahead of Chop but never beat him, this falls into styles makes matchups issue......this is rankings based on wins over opinion Buddy when you get your chance I think you will show why you are the Regional champ and make us all proud, but I'd rather have it be this way than the guess work going on in the 198 left hand class. Chop has offered to make it worth your while to come out his way, If I can steal a line from the NC Boys, go to LA and "DO WORK", I think they are highly under estimating you!

UPDATED FOLKS....DIDN'T 100% AGREE WITH THIS ONE, BUT THATS HOW THE RULES GO EH? BUDDY GRIFFITH SHOULD BE NO 1. THE FUN OF THE VOTE THOUGH. T/K this one has nothing to do with the vote, Buddy did not beat Chop or Brandon so he can't be ahead of them, how is that difficult now I'm not saying he couldnt beat them but I'm going to assume he would either Yes it does come down to a vote, the vote of a #11 guy leaps all the way to #1.....over people he has not even faced? And 0-1 record against at least one of em.... I was out voted on the formula of the guy jumps over.... I am against that..... There ain't many sports out there that during a season the high ranked team or person takes one loss to a lower rank and they are considered automatically the best..... The Cleveland browns can beat the packers in sept and the packers go to the superbowl and Cleveland can never win again.... Does that make the browns the best? It's ridiculous! In college ball no 1 loses they fall , if no 11 beats them they don't leap to no 1. Simple. As for Ryan Barnett in the 198 left, he was # 8.....#1 was moved to inactive.... No 2 had only pulled in one tourney this year and in dec had lost to a puller who was considered a lower ranked guy, but the popular vote brought him to #2....# 3 lost within that same tourney to Barnett..... Why would #2 be our region #1 without even pulling?.... At that point the man who swept regionals was an easy and clear vote....only 2 opposed it.... Casto will probably move to the nationally ranked soon and overall rank....he also this year had only beaten one regional guy. Buddy had only lost to Chuck since Dec and also pinned Chuck in Dec.... Where he lost by fouls later on(variables) He's 1-0 lifetime over Brandin And chop placed behind buddy in dec... Buddy beat the guys who beat chop!.... Outside of the who beat who rule, why would buddy not be no 1? Just sayin' I think it should have been considered as a vote. TK

Outside of the who beat who rule, why would buddy not be no 1? Just sayin' I think it should have been considered as a vote. TK this is where people kill me Armwrestling is two guys one on one, with very few outside veriables maybe less than any other sport, lets not forget here people the idea is not to not lose(meaning lose by fouls) the idea is to win, as long as you win within the confines of the rules I dont want to hear about foul outs Team sports like football have a million variables and a great deal of luck involved this is why any team can beat any other team "any given sunday" armwrestling is not this way, if you are not on the other guys level you will not be able to compete, plain and simple. Rankings in armwrestling can change from month to month based on styles, matchups and draw and is very much IMO a what have you done for me lately kind of deal. In this case maybe Chuck the former number 1 guy was over ranked....its possible but it was voted that way sooo we move forward. You beat someone you go in front of them, we dont recalculate every step we have taken because someone was not properly ranked to begin with. now it looks to me like Brandon was grossly under ranked(which happens) and Chuck was slightly over ranked(or had a bad day, which also happens) but I dont wanna spend time guess which is which, I want clear cut and to me that means if you beat someone you go in front of them, in time this will work itself out if we stick to the formula, simply look at 198 right hand ITH rankings, what was Bills rank before he beat Brent? 5th 6th I dont know but he beat number 1 and now he is number 1. in any one on one combat sport when a champion puts his title on the line and loses the other guy becomes champion....same game here, If you wanna be the man you gotta beat the man This isnt college football, there is no points system, just a bunch of guys with spots constantly up for grabs. so find the guy who's got your spot and TAKE IT FROM HIM!!!

The only other option is instead of bringing Brandon from #11 to #1 put chuck at #11 and move everyone else up one......

The argument could be made that perhaps chuck isn't number 1 anymore since his surgery. But if he didn't think he was #1 he shouldn't have competed and risk being bumped down.
