It is a great bit of exercising. Builds strong muscles and tendons. And the people... You meet all types.

The sport filled with a mix mosh of characters. One of the weirdest training regimines. Diametrically opposing forces meet head on where something (someone) has to give
self sacrifice, pain, elation, humility
except with George and Vepkia

Limb anyway Yep, we'll see you guys there. I was tossing around the idea of going to Upstate NY to help those guys with that armwrestling thing for kids. But I will probably be at Vic's. Good luck in Maine tomorrow guys.
