Also I doubt you beat Ibraham Lefty which is his strong and yours not as strong.
Question what is the difference between the Matt that lost to daid randall at GnC 1.5 -2 years ago and now?
More weight, more nutrition?

Wait... Igor said Voevoda MIGHT not make it? BUT Igor will try to get him there? No Ibrigim and maybe no Voevoda? Dropping out like flys, their running for the hills!!!! HEY GUY !
ACTUALLY I AM LIGHTER THAN I WAS AT THE GNC. I DONT HAVE SOME KILLER DIET PROGRAM , I DRINK BEER , EAT CRAP FOR FOOD , ICE CREAM EVERY NIGHT.
I AM AT THE GYM AT 4a.m. 4 DAYS A WEEK FOR 2hrs. THE BIG TURN AROUND FOR ME WAS THE L.A. TOURNY . I HAD TOLD MYSELF THAT IF I DIDNT WIN THERE I WAS GOING TO QUIT ARMWRESTLING AND GO HUNTING MORE . SO THE VERDICT IS I HAVE CANCELLED THREE BIG HUNTING TRIPS....! I JUST GAINED ALOT OF CONFIDENCE AND HEART TO KEEP GOING. I WOULD LOVE TO GET ANOTHER SHOT AT DAVE BEFORE HE DECIDES TO STEP DOWN AND FOCUS MORE ON HIS BENCHPRESS COMPETITIONS. TO BEAT JOHN WOULD BE A GOOD WIN , BUT THE TRUE TEST WILL BE IF I CAN DO IT AGAIN , AND AGAIN , AND AGAIN .
I DO HOPE THAT ALEXIA SHOWS , I WOULD LIKE TO GET A PIECE OF HIM

Taras Ivakin and Jan Germanus will come to ZLOTY for sure. A new star have appeared - Alexey Semerenko, 233 lb. He beats Taras easily. He will be there at ZLOTY. He said that he wants to try some American competitors. This is going to be interesting!!!

According to our informations competitors going to fight at ZLOTY are incredibly well prepared. Hours of training...It is going be fantastic show! Can't wait to see you all in Poland.
Eyes of great number of competitors from all over the world will be directed on Warsaw!
We will be waiting for you at the airport. See you soon!
