Doing wrist curls is a very important exercise. Ive been doing them with Jim since i've began armwrestling. It's helped me out alot. As for the trash talk about pete. Its all for fun. I dont dislike the man at all. he's pretty cool.

Luke...be very care-full about petes wrist, hook,hand and especially BACK-PRESSURE...he`s loaded with it...if you blow thru pete...then i haven`t got a prayer..and i think i`ve got the strongest arm on the table...so be very care-full....

I'm not too worried about it. i'm going to have fun. i'm just stirring things up. I'm sure its going to be alot of fun. I do have a great hand, back pressure, and a nice hook now. and my top roll has always been good.
