Tried it about 10 times and hit .157 as fastest, but hit .172 a couple times. Wonder how it relates to reaction time on the table? Bagent will say he hit -.50 and was still legal ;D

Bagent will say he hit -.50 and was still legal ;D to react at the table must be a different story i guess.i didnt even care to try this thing but i really care to react fast at the table.also at the table,we need to combine our reaction with strenght.

I was averaging about .25 then I got lucky with a .063 but then I too hit the jackpot with exactly zero seconds. It was total luck but I guess Dina proved that it is possible. How come you other guys are so slow?

Engin you are perfectly right. This is my biggest problem, I have a very good reaction time but somehow I can't combine this with the best strenght i have. Do you have any advice for this problem?

yes i do.you need to train your muscle groups ,that you need for armwrestling, all together and with static training.then you will get the best static angle and your brain will not worry about your arm's reaction at the go because its ready.i believe that to move to side way is the best way to armwrestle.even sometimes we may need to move our elbows forward or back still at the end a side move is necessary.a side pressure is also the way to separate the forearm from the shoulder.if you are confident with your strenthg and armwrestling capability, and also have enough concentration that comes from your desire of winning, then you will perform fast.its all about confidence and concentration.i train my hand hard enough to handle any pressure even against heavier guys,so when i hear the go i know that it will handle all the pressure that i will put behind.so this confidence helps my concentration.
