Our young one (Paigle - hope I spelled right) -- you are amazing for your age and strength. A little polish and a few years under your belt and you are going to be just dominating the sport. Keep up the good work. You are so blessed to have such a great supportive family and people to train with -- Keep up the good work and look forward to seeing you in the future.

Margie Bartz -- Great to see you and your husband again -- you guys are so great! Glad you came out of retirement - you have been missed.

Elaine Blik -- Thanks for always being there -- your the best! Keep up the good work -- that new weight training is paying off -- your gonna rock the GNC!!! See you here in Augusta in 1.5 weeks.. Can't wait!

We really missed Cynthia Yeaby and Renee Been who really makes the womens side of the show awsome.

I am sure I am forgetting some - but I am just so proud of our ladies. The Northeast ladies really came out in force -- wish ya'll could come down on August 21st -- North vs South -- it would prove to be very interesting!

Thank-you for the encouragement, My inspiration on and off the table, I lost my focus of what is truly important , its a hard lesson to take but it will only make me better in the long run, I have the desire and commitment down but I gotta work on that whole composure, strength and skill crap. Sorry I was such a drag, Tell Alex the white russian thing cheered me up.

I'm am so thrilled that so many ladies especially from the northeast came and pulled their hearts out. Special Congrats to Sue Fischer, Karen Curavoo, Valerie, Jesselyn, Dawn, Elaine, Mandy and of course Pagel you bad a##, I was really impressed by the masters , better get my act together I'm no spring chicken.
