Practice usually means practicing, working on weaknesses..ETC I guess I was wrong

Maybe you should " hook " up with Stepsis ( if he is still armwrestling, or lifting 500 lb dumbells for 500 reps..:-)..), he always thinks practice is a real tournament.
Or Mike Selearis, he likes to hold mini tournaments at practice.

I to, think that Eric is very average and can loose to any excited member of the HEAVYWEIGHT "B" team!!!!!! Or, it may be that the LIMELIGHT is to much for him to overcome!! I've seen Eric at many BIG EVENTS and he is always in the middle of the pack!!! But then he doninates at the state and regional events....

Well maybe not all are BLESSED the Confidence to SHINE.....

Just an opinion, I hope all are training hard!!!!

Oh and one more thing. I would hate to disagree with Rob, but John can't beat Eric right now. Perhaps he is getting better and I respect John's ability to come back from a loss with confidence, but I have seen them pull a few times and never saw him beat Eric once. Heck, ask Eric, he'll tell ya.
