Simon,if i was you i would try 65kg next year.because if you weigh 60kg you will not feel at your best.but you wrote that you were only 69 kg at the worlds,so losing only 4 kilos wont make you feel weak.no matter what you decide i wish you the best.

Thanks I agree with you on the 65 kilos, that gives me some room to still get a bit bigger and stronger without hurting myself when I drop the excess weight.
I just noticed when I looked at my master list of placings by events that the guys that finished 2, 3, 4 at the Worlds finished 1,2,3 at the EAF's.

The US has this same set of results listing and unfortunately it is not completely accurate, as an example Stuart Hall from GBR was not in the 70kg class, he was in the 75kg class, there are several other listings that are also incorrect. I was told that the correct results are being worked on.

Hey Simon Glad you made it back in one piece. Catch much sleep on the way? Not with your mouth open I hope. You know how the drool runs down, looks like shoe strings.
If there is a next time come in and challenge on Craig, you know? Don't let the skirt flip up on you again!

Glad to see you made it back safe as well, you must be feeling well rested. "Let the skirt flip up on me", I don't wear skirts, as you know I haven't the legs for it, but I am going to strart training with a bigger purse.
