I just started my training again after the Worlds.
Feeling it works good for me more and more.
Engin,I´m very glad to see You stay here on the board.Hope You are OK and Your fingers are healthy again.
You must know I had the chance to meet Ömer in Germany this year and learn a lot of his armwrestling knowledge.Hope I can meet You all somewhere soon again and maybe train a bit to become more better.

no i didnt:),i did side pressure and they were very close matches.you just need to work little bit more for your forearm rotator.your left so strong.believe me that if u dont get discouraged you will get that gold medal at europeans in next year!!

Thanks Andy and i am looking forward to meet you somewhere someday.actually Engin has been my first teacher back in the year 94 when i first started and one thing about Engin is that he allways shares his ideas what he got in his mind so i allways considered myself as lucky.also some people might get toughts that i say this stuff because we are from the same country and the fact that he is my friend but at the same time people who know me well also know that i allways say what is on my mind without making anything up so no doubt that my nose wont get hurt |
