I took a month off from training and I could really feel the effects from lack of training.
However, I am hitting it hard again and I feel good.
Some new hand and wrist exercises that seem to hurt in a good way.

Bill and I could bring another table if needed. Sounds like we should have another. We actually have tow but on eis a pain to haul. Lets see how many are expected and then we can decide. Scotty it would be NICE to see you there!!!

Cindy, hope you can make it. I'm bummed as I dont know if I can practice righty or not as my hand was as big as bills over the holidays. Imagine that! It was pretty painful. It's getting better and I go back to Dr. wednesday to get further info. Do you know if you are coming?

I want to come , I wanted to ride with somebody though but I'll have to see, I need to get directions, I'm sorry about your hand thats sounds aweful, bill's hand is pretty big you poor thing, I can't give you anything left handed my wrist is shot.
