Hey guys and gals,

Just wondering how many of you are as sore as I am this morning?? Last night's practice was off the hook.. I want to thank everyone for helping me become a better puller.. As I've said before with all of you guys coming down to practice and training as hard as we have you are all making me a better puller. And let's not forget the fact you are all making each other better as well..

Hey guys...

I'm feeling like death today but tomorrow will be far worse. John and I were cramping up pretty bad after all the beatings. It was a great practice (thanks Vic)... the first "real" pulling I've done since the Conn. boys came up last spring. Everyone pulled great but hats off to Guy and especially James who I feel have made the best gains since our last pull. You guys are awesome! Thanks for the pain, we'll do it again soon!

. It seems that someone must of got into my house last night and poured ACID all over my arms because they are KILLING ME.. Thanks Vic , but please don't feel like you have to invite us all the time.
