How tall is Lee Priest? I talked about this with a few guys from my school and nobody knew.

Impretty tall. Well depending on the sea level of where im standing. Problem is i think louisiana is like at 0 or below in someparts. New orleans is at 8 below. its about to sink.

Now what… you are going to disagree with my personal perception?  Sorry I am not much of a fan of the freakish body parts, and Jay lacks cuts and is too thick down through his trunk, Ronnie, that turtle back belly is not what I would consider being in shape, I think aesthetically Priest is the best but he will always be seen as just a little guy. Gunter is probably the nicest guy in the business. Lee's Bio says 5' 4 but I was right next to the guy at the Arnold last year when he was barefoot and I would say he cannot be much over 5'2", my wife is 5'1 so I have a pretty good gauge of that height. |

Coleman is now what.. the 7 time Mr. Olympia? The way these competitions are judged, it's almost like gymnastics, so much depends on the judges.
Personally I think Arnold will always be the greatest. Columbo was also a beast.

SIMON: Long torso narrow shoulders, and of course SHORT arms and legs. THATS PRIEST. Got in shape ONCE! Whether Ronnie has an extended belly or not, or Jay, who does NOT lack cuts, I will make an exception with 04s Olyimpia . Gunter SUCKS. Lee willl NEVER beat them. EVER!!!!!!! I get the perception that you MIGHT ASSUME that I favor the taller guys. It is true, the taller ones tend to be better, BUT you just possibly MIGHT be wrong!  |

I think the taller guys get the nod because the longer muscle are more visually pleasing. There's more than the mass, defintion, posing, symmetry, and proportion. Wow, now that I've written it, they really do have to have all bases covered.
Anyhow, I think the judges perception of the muscular structure goes a long way. Different muscle shape, different insertion and origion points, so much to consider!

Wrong me… hmmmm not likely Christian. Jay is not completely devoid of cuts but again too much excess in his trunk area. Ronnie is the freakish monster most people want to see so I agree, Lee will never beat them, but he is what the sport should be about, in my opinion. The taller guys can put more muscle on and just tower over the little guys making them look very small in comparison. I just don’t personally think that sport should be about the biggest freak. I just said Gunter is good guy I do not think he will ascend to the top of sport. Though he seemed to have cooled off of late, I thought Victor Martinez out of NY would someday be near the top. |

I ran into shawn ray at a comedy club, he is listed at 5'8" and he was definetly shorter than me, and since accoding to christian I am "short" I assume that would make shawn a midget

NO, John that was Simon ASSUMING that tall guys think everyone smaller then them are short....OH YEAH..you guys are....LOL...j/k Short guys get much repect in the world of "bodybuilding ", they just can't beat the taller ones very often. ALSO Greg arms have had absesses pop and ooze all over...BTW: his biceps don't move, they can't. |
