harry, Mike S as in Selaris? He was at a tournament here in my town, my wife was there, but I dont think I spoke with him much. Jerry Cadorret won the overall, Mike actually placed second in our weight class, I was third. I doubt Mike remembers the tourny, or my scary wife.

Brad Silvers, now thats a name from the past..He was a MONSTER...Something like 6'5" 325 lbs, No legs all upper body. He owned a gym in Rochcester, N.Y.. I wonder whatever happened to him. I met him at the 90 sitdowns in Albany, N.Y. He got out of this tiny car, I couldn't believe he was able to fit in it, I ended up knowing the guy with him, we hung out all day. Very nice guy. We got there by 1p.m., and our class went on around 8p.m.!!!!  We both went 2 and out..Never saw him again. I know he got 2nd to Lupkes at the AAAs the year before. John Smith from Texas crushed everybody to win the Supers! Then John got 2nd or 3rd at the Worlds to Goodrich. |

did you ever meet Dan Carr's best friend Donnie Polonski? He was bigger then carr! And mean looking! he had that Fu-Mancu stash going, and huge! He would set a can of beer on the top of his chest and it would stay there! standing up!
