Engin I was going to post this as question separately to everyone about how much weight they lose to make their classes, but since you mentioned it, how much weight do you typically have to lose to get to 70kg?
Are you going to go to the EAF’s at 165 or 154?

Sol... I have won two World Titles with my left... one in USA and one in Canada. When is Travis going to come to me is the question that should be asked. More publicity and a total disrespect for his fellow pullers doesn't make him better.
I am tentatively training for Vegas. I will be around 285lbs and lean... and I will be pulling both arms of I go.

Simon,i want to make 165s in the next europeans but i cant trust in a fair competetion.and haydar gildil from my country wants to make 165s,he s my teacher in armwrestling.i have so much respect for him,and i may pull 154s for him.right now im 165,but with at least 6 pounds of unnecessary fat.im not sure what class i will pull this year, except Sol's tournament.

Engin is that a pretty normal drop for you to make 154? 165 then diet down to 154?

Ryan.....I know where you are coming from, i was looking at how christian explained the PAL world title. He put it well, about the Fued and although igor may call it world title, most will not... Like engin said the poll about the WAF title being the true champion won! You are the two time champ, with voevoda being the current champ. How can you not have the top five in the WAF at one big event( Like Vegas) and call THAT winner the world champ? Stay cool, keep training and ignore the talk, you day will come!
