CAN YOU GUYS DO THIS? Now I took the HG 300 to a tournament and not one puller could close them. Here is a video of Harold closing the 400. It takes a while but he gets it. (5 min video) www.armwrestlingtv.com/04RYDENCLOSES400.htmlGARY I ALSO HAVE A 500 THAT NO ONE IN THE WORLD HAS YET TO CLOSE. ONLY A HANDFUL OF PEOPLE HAVE DONE THE 400. (THAT I KNOW)

That was damn impressive, what weight does Ryden pull at?
I have to wonder if Mariusz Pudzianowski could close the 500, I think he could.

Hey Joseph, Thanks man. I started with the small grippers and worked my way up. That HG 400 feels pretty equivalant to the #3 Ironmind, just with more comfortable handles. (Maybe thats why it feels the same to me) The handles on an Ironmind is about 5/8 inch thick as well as the HG 300 and under. The HG 400 and 500 have a 1 inch thick handle which is easier for me to grip with my bohemath hands...to answer your question, I mostly pull the 176s, unless I feeling good enough to go down to 165s.

Good job,
Are you having a practice this weekend? Jon Land called and he wants to pull. Give me a call if you are.

Yet another great waste of time for Arm T.V.!!!
I rather enjoyed watching Arm T.V..........
When it was about armwrestling.
But with this latest installment to the video library, it makes me remember why it is that I stopped watching it.
Harold Ryden, the camera hog and Gary Roberts the Real Life Howdy Doody of the 21st century.
Keep streaming!!!!

SAYING THE PATCHES WORK FOR SOME PEOPLE AND TRYING TO SELL SOME IS ONE THING, BUT THESE 1950'S AD TATICS ARE QUITE RIDICULOUS. HAVING JOHN STANTON COME IN AND ACT LIKE HE DOESNT KNOW ABOUT HAROLD SQUEZZING GRIPPERS AND BEFORE AND AFTER PUSHUPS AND GRIPPING VIDEO FOR PATCHES AND THEN AFTER PATCHES LOL IM NOW DOING A VIDEO WHICH PETE MILANO IS GOING TO TAPE AND WITNESS. I DID 9 PULLUPS COMPLETELY STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN FULL STRENGTH OUT OF BREATH. THEN I ATE A 1/4 CUP OF RALPH PETRZHOULI'S TOMATO SAUCE WAITED 15 MINUTES AND DID 14 PULUPS WITH A PAUSE AND A WINK ON EACH ONE. WE WILL HAVE THE VIDEO ON HERE IN A FEW DAYS.. RALPH'S TOMATO SAUCE IS ALSO LOW IN FAT , GOOD FOR YOUR PROSTATE TOO. AND TASTE BETTER THAN THE PATCHES . INFACT BIGWOOD BOUGHT A CASE OF RALPHS SAUCE THIS MORNING

Rob uses the sauce for bed stamina.
And you need a whole lot of sauce to think about pulling me

Guy, I don't live with Harold or even see him very often, so you assuming I jumped in to help sell patches is ludicrious.

Come on Pete and Guy...don't be like that.
Guy if you wear these patches during your practice and tell me that you don't feel less sore afterwards then I will send you 50 bucks out of my pocket. You have to buy the sample first but after that I will take your word for it.
I wouldn't be on here touting something that didn't work for me just to make a buck.
But Pete I am running a business here...just so you know my ultimate vision does involve products and that is just the way the business world works.
The movie "Total Recall" had over 55 paid product placements for 32 different products.
It is everywhere around you, your just are not used to it because ARM TV is new.
Getting revenue from different sources will help grow our business and to allow us to offer more of what you, Peter, seek...armwrestling.
But Guy the difference between my video and your video is that you can do my test at home and see for yourself.
Now I will be honest, my room mate is a runner and he said he did not notice anything different. So it can happen that they don't work for you BUT what do you have to lose to try them.
But ultimately if your not interested then don't read this thread or click on the videos, I'm not going to mind. We all have the freedom to make a choice.
But making fun of what I do isn't necessary. Give me a better idea on how to show 30,000 people in the month of January what these things can do for you and I will jump right on it.
But the really interesting thing is that the distributors of lifewave are using these videos as examples for their customers and referring them to ARM TV so this is JUST ANOTHER WAY TO GET EXPOSURE FOR OUR SPORT.
Thanks for going easy on me ahead of time. I really don't want to get into a big discussion over this. So come on Peter...save the excitement for someone else. I love reading your posts...just not when they are in my direction.
Gary Roberts
But what should really interest you Peter because I know I am going to get hell for this...I am about 5 days from hearing that I made the cast of Season 2 "The Biggest Loser" on NBC. I have made the final cut of thousands and I should get the final word in a couple days.
