world champion? who decides that? Ryan Espey and Christian Binnie are the finalists of the world heavyweight final with left arm in Canada,so let them pull each other and give the winner the title:)
i wish it was that easy to get a world title,i would send 500 dollars to kazimir iskenderov, who s the current 154 world champion, and bring him to Turkey, then pull him best of 5 and winner get another world title:)
come Mighty, there is only one worlds that s WAF.we made a poll here on this board where many of the bests meet.almost everyone voted for WAF that is the only championships to get a world title.what you wonder is a business:)
all countries that are the member of the WAF should be allowed to be present for an armwrestler to win a world title.other than WAF,i only have respect for the WWC as a classic worlds because of being our beginning.
any promoter can set these kind of matches and give world titles to the winners.Sol put a superstar show down last year,he could give a world title to the winner too,but im sure he has been in the sport long enough to know what takes to win a world title.
its like if Neil(2 times world champion in real)comes to Turkey and armwrestle any of the world champions(real one)to get a world title.would any of you count this as a world title?dont we think that pullers from other countries should be present too?
how many of you dont count WAF worlds to win a real world title?
Mighty, forgive me but do you really thought that it was necessary to start a thread after the poll result showed us where to get a world title?

one last thing,WAF is not a business, its the World Armwrestling Federation, so many countries are the members of it.

Ryan handed Christian his A## again back in April..He and I WILL MEET UP AGAIN!..Voevoda is reigning WAF Champion, and should meet up with Espey ( 2002-2003 WAF Champion )...BUT I would assume (sorry Ryan ) that Travis' antics and his " fued " with Voevoda is more worth it to Igor! Plus Travis and Ryan will meet up soon enough in Vegas. Hopefully both go!
MY PREDICTION :Travis will win both left and right, IF Voevoda and Pushkar don't give him long pulls.
I'd like Voevoda, Pushkar or Sermenko LEFT!!!!! Different pullers for me!

I think they can at least make the claim for the best right handed puller heavyweight in the world

I think they can at least make the claim for the best right handed puller heavyweight in the world still it takes more than armwrestling one person to get a world title.i can get many world titles with that way in a year.

I agree Engin with you , but in this case of Voevoda and Travis you have the 2003 and 2004 world champ pulling each other. It wont give another world title but a claim who is the best for now.

I don't know so much about call it a World Title. However The PAL, Professional Armewrestling League, is getting certain armwrestlers together in the best 4 out of 6 matches, who normally MIGHT not meet up and have them pull. More like boxing! These are matches that Igor thinks would be exciting for thr public to watch. We All know that the WAF is the only World Title...I don't think that if Travis wins both matches that he is going to say he is a 3 time World Champion... He's not THAT VAIN!!

Pulling Veovoda/Pushkar for the $$$$$$$$$ that Igor is paying is much more inportant then this WAF medal I have!!!!! These medals may be important to to other Americians but as for me, I want the $JACK$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!
