Everyone loses yes.. even John B on occasion.
Bongard could be , but he was handilly beaten by Steve Rau who BOTH were beatin by Mike Selearis last time out. so on a given day with this group Id say almost anyone can win.
Yes James is coming if he makes the improvement he has made since last August until now from here to next August he would get my vote.
Prediction 3 of the best under 200 pound armwrestlers will be from NewEngland by fall of 2005

This is why in July, My Superstar Showdown will feature not only USA pullers listed above, but also Klimenko, Taras, and other European pullers ( Remez too)
this is a Hard call...Bonguard or Abbott..FLIP A COIN..I would say...

Harry, Georgi warms up with 150!, that is very impressive, I have seen the footage of him lifting the car too "Mad strength!" How many times does he do 150lbs? And what does he max at? And how far down does he go with this weight? Just curious, that is awesome! As far as the poll goes, where does Crazy George Fit in? And does Kenny H. still pull? I think the best in the US would be Mike or Craig, thats if Abbot was considered 209! And if Vale was still pulling I think I would go with him! Tough class all great pullers listed! Best of luck to Both in the supermatch this weekend, both good friends! "Ready Go" Cant Wait! Shane

Jake Abbott pulled 198's at WWC last fall, and plans on doing the same at Arnold's. I know it is harder for him to make the 198 class than it was 5 years ago, but that happens to most of us as we age.

Guy, Giorgi was not too happy with that comment when I read it to him.
He really did not appreciate what you suggested.

Harry I meant no harm to Georgi. He is one of the strongest pound for pound people I know.
Did you read any of the nice things I said about him like I respect him and he is a gentleman.
Harry you have instigated this trouble by coming on and saying Georgi laughed at what I said and I believe it was just You starting trouble.
You backed me into a corner , do you think Im going to back down. Im not.
I like Georgi I think he is a great guy and armwrestler too. I also feel bad for him in a way because he doesnt get thought of always and that is because he doesnt get a lot of exposure and especially at a nationals. Is he one of the best under 200 yes he is. But truthfully when I saw the list I thought immediately of Jacob Abbott who should be on the list. It's just a matter of exposure for him and nothing personal. And Im sure Pete who made the list would agree.
But you have been pretty hypocritical to say the least.
So find a line in here that you might not think Georgi would like and pound that one in to start more trouble

my friend Tunc pulled Jacob Abbott in 2001 worlds in italy.it was an easy match,i guess germanus was 1.,taras 2.,and my friend was 3. place in the 198s.i dont exactly remember Jacob's place.i guess James Battles was in same class too.

ok,i just checked,James Battles was 5.,Jacob was out of top 6.
but Jacob finished 2. place in the worlds 2000,1. was germanus and 3. was Robert Redden.but Taras and Tunc wasnt there, there was no russian either in their class.

Engin, You are correct and make a good point. But the question is " Who is the best in the USA" not who is the best in the world.
