Chris and Mike, Glad to see you made it back safely I left a VM on Mikes cell, We were caught in a snow storm and we saw at least 10 slide offs on the way home!
We got home about 4:30 this morning.
Harold make it home ok? Harold?? Where are you champ?
Harold had an awesome showing, I really feel sorry for his future competition, they are in for a surprise!
Congratulations to you and Mike also, I believe Mike accomplished what he wanted to with a certain individual.
See you in two!!

Rick, No, I see Ohio States is 209, and right now I am 220, so I have to get serious pretty quick. I will be 209 that day though. If I had more time I could make 189. If I progress well this year I may drop to 189 and try nationals. Maybe you can tell me how I feel when we are at the hotel prior to the meet.

Hey Rick & Harold, you both pulled great My forearm is still tight, and hand still feels weak..... LOL ....... guess I still need more table time to get my endurance back, weights just don't do that for you....hopefully my arm will feel better by Thursday night so I can bowl with it ;D Talk to Ed Stapleton tonight, he's ready for another practice...plus he's working on a Indiana State for this year.........see you guys in a couple weeks. Mike, going to bowl?? Ouchy!
I dont think i'll be at any practices anytime soon, at least not until after the pull for the hungry.
Of course that meat hook is still tight, I figured it was always tight, its the size of my leg!
Thats great that Ed is getting something together for State, did he give you any indication as to when it might be?
Take care Champ,
Rick

Mike, I'm sure you destroy the pins when you roll/throw the ball, i meant with sore arms it can hurt a bit.
That will be fun for the whole family, Let me know if you want to use my table.
