Anyway Michael did an extremely good job as I already said, but after seeing the videos I think that Richard and Denis were the two strongest guys in the class, I think that Richard would have deserved to be 2nd place behind only Dennis, but, draws are draws... Also Richard Lupkes surprised me a lot with his tremendous power, at 55 years old still being able to almost pin the Zloty Tur Overall Champ is something AMAZING in my mind!!!!! I have always thought that Richard Lupkes 1988-89, Gary Goodridge from 1993 to 1996, Voevoda 2004 and John Brzenk at his best moments have been the strongest 4 of all times, but now I start to realise that even Devon is in the same league or really near and that Richard has probably been IMO the strongest of all times as he was at the end of the '80 at his prime...

Artem is a World champion and he is sent home without title.. Denis is a proffesional world champion by winning the Nemiroff World Cup. I think Travis Bagent was talking about him, or maybe both of them ( Taynov and Cyplenkov ).

guys i know this is an American board and do not take it personal but just pause the video at 1.21 and you will see that only near half way humerus bone of Michael is touching the pad while the arm is straight and shoulder is hanging below table.is what i say true or not? my intention has nothing to do with Michael or Denis but if we compete events with different rules in arm wrestling then that will harm our sport.Arnolds is an international event and it should have international rules and tables.the height difference between the elbow and pin pads should be 2inches while here it is less than 2 inches (i will admit that i am wrong about it if someone takes the pics while measuring them) and some of the uncalled pins happenned because of this difference.pin pads are not angled and short and there would be parellel pins at WAF table. one of the most prestigious international events in the World should follow the international rules of our sport.same exact positions should not be considered in different ways in different events. once again do not take it personal as my intention has nothing to do with athletes whom i use only as example to clear my point. i agree 100% with you Engin. rules are rules. Crazy George wins nearly every match in the same exact fashion/style. its an ugly way to armwrestle but it is beatable...just ask Dalantonio. it is what it is. congrats to all the winners! great job!

Max,
i wrote nothing to criticise about how they pull.all is fine until its against the rules which are made to provide fair competetion.people do not have to win in such positions which are against the rules (shoulder below pad-humerus bone inclined down) i can not say this for Arnolds since its obvious that it has different rules.anyone who goes to Arnolds, should know that shoulder below pad-humerus bone inclined down, are not against the rules.it is same as Armwars have no 1 minute time limit for set up.

maybe Artem Taynov wasnt able to understand what to do to beat Georges... was too much confident about his own power

Mike and George are amazing pullers! my hats off to them! congrats!
