After watching my old friend Rich pull Denis yesterday I want to say it was a technique issue that kept him from finishing Denis. He was definitely the stronger man, but coming tight against that mass of muscle he has, a little roll toward his face and it would have been over Great job Rich. Kudos to Denis for coming back today after wars yesterday! Nothing against Denis but I was hoping Mike would win

I just want to say thankyou to my supporters and fans and also to Leonard and his crew for another great job. I wanted to pull Denis when we were both fresh and I got just that. Denis is a great puller and a great representative for our sport. His sportsmanship is second to none and I can't wait to be able to pull with him in the future. I left everything on the table with Denis and so that is why I bowed out. I hope I did not offend anyone by forfeiting at the end, if I did my apologizes. Thank's again

This from what I could see on myarmtv and the northeast massage board was an exciting tournament. I can hardly wait to see and read all about it. It's what makes you want to train harder then you ever have and go to more tournaments. Thanks for all the hard training that all of you did to make this the tournament it was. Nobody see or cheers while all of you are training or preparing for it. Seeing the results is what make is worthwhile. GREAT JOB

Max, i wrote nothing to criticise about how they pull.all is fine until its against the rules which are made to provide fair competetion.people do not have to win in such positions which are against the rules (shoulder below pad-humerus bone inclined down) i can not say this for Arnolds since its obvious that it has different rules.anyone who goes to Arnolds, should know that shoulder below pad-humerus bone inclined down, are not against the rules.it is same as Armwars have no 1 minute time limit for set up. On this same note....meaning no disrespect to anyone at arnolds or on this board, but on that discussion of rules it looked like to me that dennis' hand came completely off the peg in his match against lupkes at about the 28 sec mark......wouldnt that be a foul at that point??

Very exciting tournament. I'd like to see Don Underwood pull Arsen Liliev and/or Dave Chaffee for a spot on those rankings. Don is really strong right now. Not saying Engin's rankings are wrong, I just think they would be great matches. I think the rankings look great right now actually (looked good before, too, but I believed Denis to be #1 until this weekend)

It's not a foul if the puller puts his hand back on the peg immediately. It is only considered a foul if you get an advantage or even win the match by taking your hand of the peg. WAF Rules of Armwrestling: Item 5 - Warnings: c) Letting go of the peg will result in a warning being called to the offender, without stopping the match. If an advantage is gained prior to re-gripping the peg, the match will be stopped and the offender will be given a foul. Contact with the peg must be above the table. One armed or one hand persons do not have to grip the peg.
