I know a lot of you are heading to the Harley pull the week before and I wish you well. I am wondering who is going to make this and go for some of the team cash, looking for a great turnout in support for Bert and all he has done and for those he has inspired. Just got off the phone with Scott Norton. He lives just a few miles away and says he will be there. Not sure of the pulling but was definite on the attendance. So hope to see a lot of you here.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 4 TEAMS OF MINIMUM TEN ENTRIES -HAVE MINIMUM TWO COMPETITORS IN CLASS FOR POINTS AND FROM DIFFERENT TEAMS -16 ENTRIES MAX PER TEAM 4 OF WHICH NEED BE WOMEN ENTRIES
Above was copied from upcoming events page. There can only be 12 max male entries. They can all pull the same class if they want. 4 of the 16 have to be women for a full team. you can have more then 4 women entries as long as you don't exceed 16 total entries. It would be preferred if your team consisted of your"team". though it can consist of competitors of your choice. We just need 4 teams of 10 entries minimum I have been asked about novice. I have varied opinions about this class. 10 or so plus years ago it wasn't even a class. I think it was started with great intentions, though as of late it is some what exploited. By that I mean I think it has a purpose for those that have only been in the sport for a year or two, so they can get there feet wet. I see most so called novice pull that and then pull open. I watched a gentleman this last week pull a mega match then he pulled novice.Yes this is all by there choice. Though when it comes to TIME RESTRAINTS of a facility and it's a state or local type tournament they aren't always needed. If we have some first year pullers that want to enter we will try to accommodate all. So all that all can get some pulling in. I don't want anyone to feel left out and maybe the next one we will have all. This is a excellent facility and are very excited. With intentions of more. So don't be afraid to move to the next level sometimes. They might be amazed at themselves.

Just a thought................
For any of you that absolutely cannot make the event. If you would like to write a little something to Bert, I could read them aloud or just give them to Bert (your choice)
Send to me either through private message here on the board or email armsport@usit.net
I'm sure he would love to hear from all of you.
