WENT TWO AND OUT in the Novice Right hand 243 plus class at the Colorado State. I was really thinking I was going to get a win today. actually when one, then good slip match, then two out. the slip was actually a decent match that I was able to get outside on a big burley dude. I knew in the straps he was going to pound me but I didn't have enough position to hold his fingers. a sad day I didn't like losing very much. and the tournament format was much more stressful than pulling after an event. I really thought I could beat the dude I first pulled. arghghghgh...in a best of three..I would have got that one. until next time.

when I lose to someone, just messing around after the event...feels wayyyyyy different than losing in a tournament. I didn't realize how much my mojo dropped after that first loss.

Gary I thought you had the second guy in the straps. Be careful, you'll get the bug and there won't be anyone to film.

Dont feel too bad gary, I did manage to win one match in my first tourney, but the first guy I wrestled in the 209 novice class at Quest With Arms smoked me so bad I felt like quitting right there.

Gary I'm glad you finally decided to enter a event. And yes there is a huge difference between pulling in a practice environment and a tournament environment and you finally know what it feels like. Clearly going around filming events you are going to want to get your hands dirty in the sport a little bit, I don't have a problem with that.
The thing is though that there is a right and wrong way to go about doing this...the past is the past (i hope) but seeing that you finally entered a tournament here in Denver after that Nevada "situation" is a hint that maybe you are finally understanding what the right way is.
