I met a guy working for a ship construction company. .. This is where I'm working: www.akeryards.com/?page=36I'm a 3rd woman ever in that company to work as a sheet metal worker. ;D Most of the tools we're using are too heavy for women even to carry around.. However, there is about 200 women working as welders. It has been good for forearms and arms for me. Last two days has been hell at work because of a terrible nerve pain caused by table training..

I am a sheet metal worker (HVAC) it seems to help but it also breaks you down some too. In the past I did bridge construction and landscaping also, very hard work.
Landscaping must be a good one, John Buxton (Idaho) and Jeff Workman (Colorado) do this and have very strong hands and wrists!!!

My brother is a joiner and has a stronger left arm than right with rediculous strength in his wrist and fingers, i put this down to him having to hold wood with his left as he drills/ saws with his right. I've also pulled against a stone mason who had very powerful and thick hands and a strong wrist.

My buddy and fellow TEAM RCA member Ryan Comardelle is a crab fisherman, and his forearms and hand strength are unbelievable!!! His first big tournament after a long layoff was the Dallas Europa, and he never lost a match in the novice or amateur division all day!!! Just a side note, he raises over 300 crab traps a day six days a week, All by hand!!! I also think that anyone who works as a mechanic would have strong hands, fingers and forearms from tightening and loosening bolts all day long! I agree Johnny ! i pulled him in Dallas and he was crazy strong ! I didnt even get slowed down until i pulled him ! He defiantly isn't a novice puller anymore! I might give up my job as a carpenter and go crabbing with Ryan !!!

Department of the Army, Security(AKA "National Security" ). I can go balls to the walls during a training session and then go to work in a few hours. No physical labor = plenty of rest time. Also no worries about not being able to perform my job duties. No matter how tore up my arms are, I still can drive around and pull on door handles and locks without any pain.

I used to do tree lanscaping an had to load logs all day an stuff by hand an it made me strong but nothing really translates to armwrestling strength in my opinion. I also had to hold the chainsaws all day.

my lap-top is heavy, and I carry it out of the car into an account, whew! Then I have to steer the car, reach into the drive through window, steer with my knee while eating and typing, all very hard work. oh wait, I have weak hands, never mind.
