Heather and I are back in the gym again. This type of thing while it can be expensive is a defining factor. I dont know if anyone picked up on my earlier ramblings but my past work ethic did at times hurt my performance because I was simply over extending what my body could do. Many years ago when I was fishing I remember a local tournament right before we went to the worlds in India. It was a saturday and we had this venue at the Hogs Breath Saloon which is more of a resteraunt than anything. That day I worked fishing during the cobia tournament and we caught the winning fish. In the tournament that night I went all out but ran short due to all I had been through that day. I ended up in third to someone I knew who has never challenged me since who got second and another guy that came from somewhere whom I have never seen since but he would not be a match for me now either. Still I was maxed on what I could do that day as a result of running around a boat in the gulf all day and dragging an 80 pound fish over the rail while he was beating the crap out of me. A cobia is like a very muscular catfish or shark with short spikes running down his back. Oh yeah and the beer didnt help www.battlesbailbonds.com/files/fish_archive/mid80s_5tourneywinner.jpgGrowing older and Smarter is good. We just have to figure out how to increase the lifespan . Here is where we are this morning. Nice but there is a balance that includes out of the gym training as well. totalfitnessgyms.net/facilities.htmlHere is a sequenced photo where I dragged an average sized marling over the rail. notice the middle one where people are guiding but I have him by the bill. In the last segment I am the one with the bat www.battlesbailbonds.com/files/fish_archive/mid80s_0_marlinsequence_me.jpg

I throw around 1500 - 1800 50lb cases of food all day long. At the end of the day I throw about 45000 to 60000lbs a day.
