Just a reminder the tourny will be this weekend Oct.19th. Its a great tournament and always brings some serious talent. Hope to see some boys from the surrounding states come and represent. Especially a large one from Vegas!

You have got to be joking! You obviously have not been to a RS tournament w/BE as a ref. ( Although I must give credit to HR, he is an excellent ref, proven by his Oceanside tournament )
Still, as long as BE is the head ref, most rules will be from BE "organization". Examples: slip in the middle of the table....restart w/a strap....maybe, not likely, more like restart. Or 1 minute to get a grip or ref's start....ya right, ref start?
Anyways, all I'm saying is....is ain't going to happen
BUT!!!! We have a lot better chance of a fair tournament w/HR there.
BE can teach ( he taught me, not that that ranks anywhere, but he has taught several very good armwrestlers ), but stick to what you know. The movie was a long time ago.
Hopefully RS won't have to go into the audience to get a ref like in the past years.
One other note to those who don't know: If you have accepted money in a weight class, you can not pull in that weight class at this tournament. As long as you don't pull in THAT weight class you're OK. So that National Champion can pull in ANY CLASS other than the one he won the $$$ in. ( not my rules, please don't yell at me, just passing on the rules that are standing at this tournament. ) And if nobody catches it ( or cares ) and RS doesn't know you, anyone could pull just about any class you wanted to. Just to honest!

I think he hasn't taken money in the 198's, plus one can argue that the nat's is a amateur events. Like John Brezenk puts it... "money = pro" " no money = amateur"
