Engin, I have heard you say several times that you had elbow surgery. What did they do to your elbow? How long ago? I just had my tendon re-attached on Friday. I am very curious.

doctors told me that i had a broken piece of bone in my outer elbow, and also damaged nerves and tendons.i had a two hours of surgery.they put my arm in a cast.i was told to start having physical therapy after 3 weeks but i was too stubborn and started to lift weight after 2,5 weeks.then everything became worse.i just started to feel ok after 3 years.i suggest you to be patient and listen to what doctor says.

Engin, Thanks! My 10 year old son broke 3 fingers and is trying to push it early. The Doctors told him to lay off for a month and I have to keep on him every day to take it easy. I let him read your post and that 3 year message sunk in...I think..we will see. I think James Battles had a very similar injury and surgery and came back stronger than ever. Good luck in Vegas though I don't think you will need it

He was rollerblading and fell. I think I am more dissapointed in his losing most of the baseball season than he is lol. He is a pretty tough kid. I let him read what engin wrote (Both posts) and he looked at me and said "Ok dad I will be more careful" Thanks again Engin it really helped hearing it from someone other than his dad!

NICE job Engin!!! WOW! You trully are the best! By the way, Roman is very strong in a hook but leaves his hand and wrist vulnerable to toproll! His hand and wrist are very strong though!

Roman trusts his hand and wrist so much and doesnt make so much side pressure.his movement is more likely a rowing pull.did you tell me once that you gave him a half minute of left hand match?how was that match and also his matches with Soliwada?

WOW!!! I can't believe you took his wrist like that! Did he use his hook as much back then? Yeah i had a long match with Roman on the left. He took me to his side of the pad but because he left his wrist vulnerable i just kept pulling back on his hand and by the time he pinned me his wrist was slightly bent back. I was just proud to hold him! ;D The matches with Soliwada...when Soliwada pinned him he top rolled him and he beat him pretty quick. I don't know what Roman did to beat him the second match but i don't think Soliwada tried to toproll him as much and Roman is stronger than Soliwada!
