The only way to become the king of kings is to respect and train each and every disciple to become the best that they can be no matter win or lose. It doesn't take the best arm wrestler to be the Best arm wrester in the world, it takes dedication and will, practice and respect. Not only to win one match , but to win every match. No one starts on top, every starts on bottom with a dream to be the best. You have to have a great teacher with alot of respect and tolerance to make it happen. Anyone can be the best, but it takes time and training for it to happen. Don't let up on your dreams, find a great coach, and make the future of this sport a dream come true. TOP ROLL.

Great Advice Don!!! I think a lot of people these days want to be the best right out of the box. I know that a lot of people don't want to armwrestle because they can't win right away. No one learns anything by winning (I am learning a lot) if you win you did everything right and there is no reason to change or learn anything new. You have to take your lumps, listen to your coach/training partners and keep trying!! Happy Holidays to all!!
