After I browse and find my picture on the computer, the Host It button won't light up. What am I doing wrong?

I've already pm'd Kurt about this. I had to google a free photo hosting site. The simple directions will be on that site.

I get tons of P.M's about how to post images in your posts on the forum. I have also helped many put images up and I really don't mind doing that but I know that some people would like to be able to post their own images.
Here's a HOW-TO guide on how to do that.
1. Go to the website PHOTOBUCKET.COM
2. Click on the RED sign at the very top right of the page that says JOIN NOW
3. Enter in a username you would like and then a password with at least 8 characters and 1 number then click NEXT STEP
4.Fill out the form and then click on the button at the bottom that says I ACCEPT, SIGN ME UP
5.Now that your account is made, you are ready to UPLOAD images. (Just means that you are ready to put your images up on your online photo album so that you can use them on websites or forums like this one)
6.At the top of the site (now that you are all signed on) you will see some empty bars with a button beside them that says BROWSE, What that lets you do is find the pictures on you computer that you want to add to your online photo album. *** Note***** Before Browsing for your image(s) make sure you look just above the BROWSE buttons and see where it says "MAX IMAGE SIZE folowed by the size it's set to. followed by an OPTIONS button. Make sure that size is set to 640x480 for images you want to put on the forum here otherwise you pictures will show up too big. If the numbers are bigger than 640x480 just click the options button and select that option.
7. Once you have clicked the browse button and found the file you want to put on your album just double click on the picture and it will add it as one of the images you want to put on your album. If you only want to add 1 picture then all you need to do is click the large UPLOAD button and wait for you images to upload, It will tell you when they are done being uploaded.
***NOTE**** If you want to add more than 1 image then click then next BROWSE button down until you have no more BROWSE buttons and if you want to add more than the 3 images at a time just click the link below the BROWSE buttons that says ADD MORE and then you can upload a bunch of images at a time. Once you have all the ones you want to upload, click the UPLOAD button and wait for them to upload. Uplad time will change depending on how big the original images were that you were uploading (because it will resize them to 640x480 size) and the number of images you are uploading at once. REMEBER, give it time and be patient. Walk aways from the computer if you need to.
8.OK, now you should be ready to put the images into your post on the forum here. All you need to do is reply to a post like you normally would and if you want to add an image in your post then here's what you need to do:
On you Online photoalbum (on Photobucket.com) you should now be able to see all the images you have Uploaded. Underneath the picture you want to add into your post there are are a couple boxes of text. One of those boxes says IMAGE CODE in front of it. Copy EVERYTHING in that box and paste that into your reply on the forum here and then post your message like you normally would.
You should now see that the image you wanted to post is now in your message when you go to look at the message you just posted on the forum.
If you have any questions about this or something is unclear or you start to get frustrated. Just send me a P.M and I will try to word the part you are having problems with, more clearly.
Hope this helps somebody out.
Take care my fellow pullers, you guys are great.

Figured I may as well add this too. This is how you get a picture of yourself to the left of all you posts. Like where my animated skull image is. Called an AVATAR Not sure if you have ever gone in and changed your profile (On THIS forum) but this is how you add an Avatar (pic of yourself to your posts) Near the top of the forum(This website) (under the main board picture) there are a series of buttons you can click on like: [Home] [Help] [Search] [Members] [Calendar] [Profile] [Logout] If you click on PROFILE, then near the top of your profile there are some titles like: Member's Bio - Modify Profile - Bookmarks Click on MODIFY PROFILE. then scroll down to where it says "AVATAR URL" and paste a link to a website that you have hosting you image. For example. create a Free accont at PHOTOBUCKET.COM and when you go to upload a picture make sure you change the upload uptions to upload the image as and Avatar wich will resize the image for you. (If you followed my image posting instructions above. You would just change the size from the 640x480 that I explined how to change and change it to AVATAR size instead.) Then copy and paste the text that is Underneath the AVATAR image you just uploaded on Photobucket (*** NOT the IMAGE CODE text like you use to post images, for this you need the text that starts with and paste that text into your profile in the spot in your profile titled AVATAR URL Then scroll down to the very bottom of your profile and at the bottom right, click on the button that says "MODIFY PROFILE" and you should then have an avatar.

I found a way to do it a while ago. Click the Browse button and find your picture then open it. Once the picture's info is loaded into that text box, click your mouse cursor somewhere in the text box (doesn't matter where) and then just hit enter. It should host the photo with the default ImageShack viewer like it did before. Then you can scroll down below your image and find a forum-size-friendly link to post your pics in one of these threads.
