Very cool video. Plaster was very impressive. Great hand control. Good power. And used side pressure to help trap his opponent in. Shane looked like he was lacking power dropping that low in weight. Mike looked good, You need just a little more up load on the guys fingers to go with your side pressure. This will make him have to fight to hang on . Not just you hanging on. You guys are all some of the TOP guys in the Nation. Keep up the training

Kevin glad to hear from you, was hoping that you would be there..No excuses, I was light Friday morning 172 with clothes, but felt fine--plan on being lighter than that in the future .. I felt good Sat night just wasn't hitting well oddly enough against Plaster..Hell Nick Z actually told me that couldn't believe how strong I felt in the right overall, I saw him get a little red and grit his teeth as I was descending to pad with my feet in the air..LOL...Plaster just found away to prevent me from tapping into my game, kudos to him..Bobbie Green appeared to give him more trouble then B. Green gave me..Just like in MMA styles make fights. I look at it like this Plaster is one the best 165-76 Lefty's out there and there is ton of talent in the US in that range, if I lose or every time I pull him it is just going to make me better. I would of done a couple things differently in retrospect. But hey, thats armwrestling...Had a great time!! Mike thanks for the video! You the man thanks for giving a shout out to Mary...She got me into this sport and Kevin Harris gave me some good advice at my first real tourney in 2000...

Thanks for the kind words Shane. I feel the same about you.. One hell of a puller and one of the best in our weight class for sure. I know you will adjust and bring a different game plan next time we pull.. As you told me, that's what good pullers do. I look forward to hanging out and also to pulling again! I'm sure I'll see a different animal next time

Shane, I am not going to step up to the table tell I am 100%. I can remember the first time we met in ST JOE. And you are now 10 times the puller you were then. Jeremy is the best out there right now. He has the hand control . The power and table smarts. If you watch the video. All he does is adjust his load just alittle and then uses his hand to control you. Very Very smart. I would keep cutting to much weight. There is a happy medium between weight and power.
Mike. I knew you were in a heavier class then normal. I used to do the same thing. It really helps you on the National level pulling bigger guys. You looked very good and can't wait tell we can all hook up.

Everyone looked really good. Some very smart pulling going on. Win / Lose : that's armwrestling. There's only 1 guy in each class who won't lose twice whether you place last or 2nd, you're gonna lose twice.
Jeremy looked like he had superior hand control. That's gonna make it tough for anyone regardless of how good their arm feels. You can't outpull your own wrist or you'll do your opponent's job for him.
Great pulling to everyone. Jeremy you looked great, Bro!
