I agree, just keep your elbow on the pad! I haven't fouled once at a tournament.

rules will be posted on toprollelite soon as we are still in the building stage . for the most part the rules will be the same as your with a few exceptions. 1 .no down ref 2. only elbow fouls will be called when there is an obvious gain . Everthing elese is pretty much the same.I know there will be some that don't like my rules but they are mine and they will be used . I am putting on a show in order for this sport to go to another level you need spectators and a want for the sport that is my goal. Cool, if I come to one of your events I'll make sure my wrist is facing away from the head ref!!! I'd hate to not get the pin call with the head ref looking down and across the table. I do like the elbow rule though!! ;D
