That was intense. The non stop nature of it with the whole body preacher curl with arm locked, push ups and pull ups would have me done in 3 minutes, tops.

Yeah that is a tough workout for me. The most i have lifted in the way you saw in the video ( the part on the preacher curl when my palm faces me) is 160lbs. in this video the weight on the palm facing me is 100lbs, on the hammers i believe it was 90lbs. This is a nice way to spice up your routine.... especially for 1 on 1's when endurance can really make a difference. Travis! maybe it is getting close to time to unify the belts...

Holy sh!t! I would totally puke all over about halfway through! Maybe I'll try it... notice at the end of the video he's doing kipping pull-ups. Thanks for posting this John. Devon thanks for showing us!

My breakfast would be coming up...if I tried that pace...but all the exercises are great....especially the power preacher curl or armwrestler preacher curl....depending on which name you like!

That type of intensity is awesome. I think the HIT nature of the workout is great for keeping him lean. I love the way he combines body movement with an isometric bicep hold. That would vary the tension on the bicep without changing the angle of the arm. Great stuff!
