MRI confirmed that i have a torn ACL and MCL. So I need surgery. Sorry Mr Plaster, Looks like we have to wait a bit. Good luck

No Unified's for me either. Re-build left wrist and new knuckle in left hand. 3 months wearing a cast.

Sorry to hear that. I wish you a full and speedy recovery. Hopefully it doesn't keep you out to long...everybody's gunning for you and you don't want to let them down. They want to know what it's like to get there a$$ whipped by a national champ (not saying any names). Good Luck with the surgery.

some type of hybrid knee bar. Didnt hurt bad enough to tap and then the knee went pop. i had no idea how much it effects my pulling as it does. The good news is, this will allow me to focus more on upperbody strength conditioning so i will take advantage. Thanks for the support
