Kansas is Shane Mclaughlin, sorry Travis but Shane is a National Champ. I do think Travis has a lot of potential to be the Top guy though in his State.
Missouri is a close call , I'm glad to be in a State with so many of the best Pullers in the COUNTRY it makes be proud to be from Missouri !!!!!

Eric, Love the thread man. As for me....Thanks but not really sure. In that fact Jim Battles whips me at practice....and only faced him once in a tourney and lost. Ok that was 1998 at Club Texas in FWB. Not really sure whom to say but, because who's really still pulling or Retired. Once again glad you started the thread. Looks good. My picks are Todd King and ....is there anyone else. NOT YET...... .....BUT WORKING ON IT.... T/K

I'm watching the Harley Pull videos on armtv, and Scott Ballinger just beat Mike West quick (both from Indiana) and they both weigh about the same I think. So I would say Scott is the best.

Va. is John Thornes or Rick Spencer or Shawn Turner Never heard of John Thornes or Rick Spencer not that I have lived in this state for that long but I have been pulling a while, I certainly know who Shawn Turner is.... he is a big powerful man, we have never pulled, but he might be a bit much for me, glad to try him out though, actually over the summer we might pull up at Dave Pattons house some time. John Thornes won 07 AAA Nationals @ 225 and 2nd to Micheal Todd in 06 and Rick Spencer is a beast that don't get out alot but he pulled the Va. states in Onancock Va. last year ( Oct. I think) and beat Shawn pretty convincingly.

Can't picture many guys under 250 beating him rt.

I know it's off topic, so I'll say it quick and shut up: I think Thornes and Tom Nelson would be an awesome match up.

It is hard to tell right now in CO. I have a few wins on Russ and a few more on Chris but have never beat Emlyn. I know Russ a few on Em, so it's hard to tell right now. I wouldn't say there is one completely dominate right hander in CO...........JMO.
Left I would have to say that it would be a toss up between a few Ryan C, Rich Simpson, Keith Powers......another notable IMO is Andy Aurthier (and myself and Chris of course)

I'm a big fan of John Thornes and I can honestly say a match between him and Tom Nelson would not be close. As far as John Thornes, Rick Spencer, and Shawn Turner goes. The best of the three is Rick Spencer. Like stated before tho ,Rick doesn't get out much and John has been a little inactive. I have seen a best of five series between John and Shawn and John pulled of out. I have also seen Shawn pull Rick twice and is 0-2. All three are super great guys.

Thanks for putting me on your list Eric, but for the record I have never beaten Bill B, I have wins over Scott but they were before my bicep tear, now I can't even slow him down (didn't even try @ the Harley Pull because of a sore elbow)
