Yes you fly into Billings which is the largest city in Montana. We have just over 100,000 people in our city. We have many plans to make this the best time you ever had at an National Championship. Having the event at the USAA's birthplace is an honor and the United States will see for themselves why we do more tournaments than any organization in the World. ;D

Looking forward to it. Never been to Montana before.
Hey Leonard, any chance of working out a trip the day after like you guys always do with World's? It would be great to actually see the place we're armwrestling in. We don't often get to enjoy the area after so much traveling to the tournament.
How many of us have been to 200 events and never saw the outside of the venue? (hands going up across the country)

There is an airport in Billings Billings, MT (BIL-Logan Intl.) Damn, I thought I was going to have to ride a horse Well actually you could fly into Cheyenne Wyoming and pack in on mule.......or you could use the 1st class method and come in on the twice monthly stage coach running out of Cheyenne. That's traveling in style. Actually people fly into Billings for about an 300 mile area. Most of Eastern Montana uses Billings as their airport in addition to Northern Wyoming doing the same. Oh and the Holiday Inn convention center has 24,000 square feet which is 3 times bigger than the Salt Lake City convention room.

OH wait...........Yes it does Sometimes size isn't everything, you are right. That's what I keep saying but hey what else can I say I just gave the size of the convention center in relation to yours because not everyone knows what the numbers mean. We had 6000 sq feet in Little Rock oh and I guarantee the Air will work. ;D

Billings is really the only airport it makes sense to fly into. Denver is the closest MAJOR aiport and is about 550 miles away. Rapid City, SD and Bismarck, ND are closer than Denver but you won't usually find good rates to get there.
Billings is one of the cheaper smaller airports. Obviously not as cheap as a major city, but still not too bad. It is also driveable for much of the western and north central U.S.
I would say if you are less than 600 miles or whatever you're driving limit is then it is worth it if you get a few other people to travel with you.

Billings is bigger than Rapid City and Bismark. We have flown all over the US from Billings and gotten good rates Nation wide. Don't forget we let you DRIVE out here. The interstate is 75 mph and during the daytime you can add up to 10 mph for only a wasting Natural resources ticket, (now you are at 85 mph) that does not go on your record

Hi y'all I have been looking at wallpaper samples for the outhouses today and purchased new paint. We will add toilet seats so you don't get splinters too. I will make sure that one of the guys puts a new coat of paint on them before next August. Denise

We already have toilets seats in the outhouses! LOL... Congratulations on getting the bid! Wow...just a days' drive away and we're there! (maybe not quite a day...) Definitely won't miss this one!
