Thanks to everyone that came out. We really apreciate it. Congrats to all the winners, James, Paul S. and Aaron B. were very impressive. The Kessler's also pulled really good. Hope to see everyone back next year! Oh, and let me just say that we had a ball with ol' Andrew "small paws" Fournier (or as Travis called him "Frontier") during and after the event. He "made it rain" all night up in one of our local establishments!!!!!!
Now, I'm gonna try and heal up this fall and hopefully I'll be straight for James' tourney in Nov.

Sounds like it was "a good one". My predictions might have been a little off but I knew "BABY K" would turn some heads. Good Job "Baby Kessler"!!!

Sounds like it was "a good one". My predictions might have been a little off but I knew "BABY K" would turn some heads. Good Job "Baby Kessler"!!! let me tell you something about the Kesslers. Gary for one is a STRONG guy and a very good armwrestler. Lil man Kessler the same with a BIGTIME hit. He busted me up right after my match with Shoe.....was not ready for that hit....good job. Pulled him anxiously twice in the finals. Good job to both those guys having a good showing placing 2 out of the top 3. nice. Oh and Bill. Great to meet you this weekend. I dont think i'll be there for the Eastern Shore tourney, i'm heading up to Conneticut the week after, so, don't think i'll make it. I 'll see you soon i'm sure.

I doubt it Guy. Was thinking hard about it, but yesterday showed me that I'm still not straight from AAA natl's where I popped a tendon in my right elbow. Slow pullin' I'm ok, but I can't handle the ready - go. My first real injury in 2 years and this SUCKS.
Mantis, good job yesterday killa. Give me a shout when you get a minute.

I had a blast in Elizabeth City. It was great getting to meet one of the soon to be national champs, Aaron Blevins...watch out for the Family Man. The King ran the brackets swiftly and efficiently all while rocking the Mic. Overall, there was a whole lot of talent that showed up at the Quest. As far as the Russel's Family, you guys rock on and off the table...man, that was a fun nite...and what fun would the local establishments be if it didn't rain?! For some reason my knees hurt, not my arms...that's beyond me. LOL. I think that girl beat me up in the back. We'll rock out in Charlotte when you guys come, and if not, I'd be down for killing a black bear anytime!! Last but not least, I'd like to thank my partners in crime Kent Buckaloo, James Retarides, Erick Sczaps, Chad Lowder, and Mark Harrison for a great time. Kent and Erick are going to be bad dudes in the 176 class in the near future...and Chard and James are already top contenders...I hope I don't get a nutswinging citation for that. I hope you guys dont' get too offended at the portion of the tournament I taped...there's a lot of zoom shots on that cute bartender's Hiney, the King's stunning Queen, and some random Hotties...what can I say? ;D

I,ve had that. Rest it up. Huntin seasons a comin and you have to shoot straight. LOL. Lotsa light stretching with light (5lb) weight. Dont rush, dont push. Just work it lightly. It comes back stronger. I blew mine out last October and it took til spring.
Frontier,(LMAO) you need to make the trek north!!!!

We had a blast. A lot of talent and power at the tournament. I had to listen to the boy all the way home; dad why is your trophy smaller than mine? Dad why do you only have one trophy when I have two? ON and ON and ON... Not to mention he beat me right handed again... I knew if some of these monsters got into wars then I just might be in the right place at the right time for a win and that's exactly the way it played out. If we run that 76's class again with different brackets the placement would be different every time. GREAT TOURNAMENT Can't wait till next year.
