Just by past observation, who has the most false starts/fouls of anyone. This includes trouble setting up and going to ref grips. Who gives the most action?

Anyone who is really fast and goes for a flash pin is always going to have a lot of false starts. It's like drag racing: if you wait until you see the green light to hit the gas you are late. That's why it's so important that the referees vary their cadence so these guys can't time the ref so easily.
I'm bad for elbow fouls because I like to drive my elbow. When a table has hard elbow pads it's very difficult to get much motion at the elbow without seeing a crack of daylight.
Trouble on the setup? Every rookie who thinks they will get the "Super Awesome Ultimate Grip With Cocked Wrist" like the ref isn't going to straighten them out. Then they get upset when they do get straightened out and they jerk their hand back because they think if they don't get every conceivable advantage they don't have a fair grip. These are the guys you clamp down on the setup and watch them flop around like a fish. They always get that "how can this be happening to me?" look of injustice on their face.

TRAVIS BAGENT without any doubt!!!! But referees didn't always see him making false starts, Vendetta in Dubai 2006 with Usmanov and Pushkar has surely been the best proof of Travis in this way, a Masterpiece of false starts that referee Monika Duma from Poland called 'wins'... But I'm not accusing anyone, if someone is able to make false starts without taking fouls, HE IS A GOD, and Travis was it!!!
