Thank you Sam, I'm embarrassed at my performance, but I learn a very valuable lesson. I was in a lot of pain before the tournament and still pulled (NEVER AGAIN) I'm taking time off to heal, I'm in a lot of pain now, but wiser. Thanks for the tip on the amino acids, thanks for putting on the tournament and I look forward to seeing you again.

Advil is your friend Raul. If it is deeper than just muscle sorness it takes light weight training repair after it heals to bring it back. TK not sure where I will be but it looks like the only things I will be doing this year is going to my wife's fathers ranch for halloween and possible but not probable florida state providing it does not fall on a day when I am needed at home. Maybe next year but I rarely can get away and if I do it is usually a Nationals or something family related. I already owe the favor of attendance if I had the money and free time to quite a few people so I would have to satisfy them first. I have not won the lotto yet and money might not make any difference as far as scheduling anyway. Family matters outrank all. Sorry.
