Also another shout of thanks to you Max Moore. The one thing you taught today was start working on my left. Thanks for the beat downs both times. Good Luck in Lakeland if you're going. Always a pleasure seeing Louis and Fred Flintstone (Joe Hunt) on the table. HAd a blast and can't wait to do it again next year.

A special thanks to Big John Griffiths and Raul for making the serious travel from Miami to FWB. Many of you may not know but you can drive for 12 hours straight inside Florida and still be within the state. It takes a true friend to do that in support of the sport. Everyone that traveled . Thank You. Next Year we will have the information up sooner and make it more considerable. The Body Building finals tonight were impressive. So next year everyone plan on staying and seeing all the show. The MMA was Jujitzu based like the Arnolds and the Boxing was pretty spectacular. They were on a beat down. Also the strongman competition was off the hook. They have a 1000 pound tire they flipped besides all this other stuff they do. Thanks again for coming out. goodnight

Thanks ya'll Big John also the aminos are good for repairs of all kinds. They are the building blocks. I dislocated my thumb in 1999 and had numerous wrist injuries. The only thing besides following the aminos and the rules that came with them was I rested and used light hand grippers until it grew back. Truth is I have some small hyper-extension going on from saturday. I guess it may involve the capat bones a bit but the rest always helps. You know the drill. Don't let anyone mess with it . maybe some deep tissue massage. Take Care until next time and keep Buddy on idle until he is better. Most of my mistakes in life have all been my failure to follow direction lmao. Mr. Toups > You guys are always welcome Thanks for coming out and maybe next year we can turn it up a notch. Ps. If you see any of them guys or when you see them > Tell them all I said hi!

Hey TK, You reading this. I told you about Jim Battles. Thanks Casey I felt pretty good at 215 . I will most likely push my cardio though and drop back into the 190s. I am stronger when I get rid of the fat. I should have the video out soon. I was preoccupied today with the wife. Sam took us out for the day but we are back and I never set on idle. night,
