The attorney for Terryville Fair offered Josh Plourde the sum of $15,000 and they refused. I got my feelings hurt at a tournament not long ago, maybe I need to get a peice of the pie.. j/k

I have to appear in the attorney's office for deposition at Hartford ct on November 24 at 12:30 for Jared Plourde. 1:00 for Tammy Poitras. 1:30 for Gregg Poitras. On November 25. 9:00 for Chris Gangi in Hartford. 4:00 in New London Ct. for franks Hirst. The attorney for Terryville Fair offered Josh Plourde the sum of $15,000 and they refused. I'm sure that there will be more to come. I suggest to have your crap together and everything documented, it's going to be a long drawn out battle.....

For legalities sake - anyone and everyone can read this board - you might not want to talk about legal issues on here.

I tend to agree with Karen on this...things may get more complicated if there are issues surrounding the case discussed here on the board. The best thing everyone can do now is hope that all the parties involved in the fair come out on top & no harm comes their way!! Best bet!!

I'm sure that there will be more to come. With all the evidence that this person was a seasoned puller, maybe someone could file a complaint with the police. Maybe he should be investigated for fraud. I must be missing something here. I don't get it.
