Home state/province information has been added to the In the Hook North American Rankings:

I did my best to populate the location information based on what I found online. If anything is incorrect, please let me know.

Missouri is the state with the most ranked pullers.

Ontario is the province with the most ranked pullers, and the overall highest number of ranked pullers in the North America standings.

39 different states and 9 different provinces have ranked pullers.
