Seung-Min, be careful when your hand gets outside of your shoulder. You took good position off the go by at about the :20 of the video you started putting yourself in danger because you didn't adjust your body position as your arm lost position. By the time Foreigner pinned you your arm was in a very vulnerable spot.

Thanks, Josh! Thank you Erick for the advice, I believe Paul Walther gave me similar advice that day, but my body simply kept moving as I have been doing...which is dangerous. I need to practice more with experienced pullers. I hope to see you next time! :-D I thought you were coming.

Erick, you'd just love it if JukeBox Hero was playing in the background...hope to see you guys at practice in the future. ;D

Why is that funny? I know neither of them are close to 300 pounds or anything, in fact I think James is close to 200 pounds unless I'm wrong, but their upper limbs look very thick in the photos. Maybe they're small to you Christian, but not everyone is a monster.... some of us are weaklings. I'm sure SeungMin found them to be big as well
