you can either sit ur ass on the couch and eat cheesypuffs--or you can Train Hard Like a Freakin Animal and keep your protien and carbs high,feeding your muscles/and body every 2 1/2-3hrs for maximum gains.-

I stop dieting and my weight goes up I spend all my time trying to lose weight. This is most people's reality. I don't diet, but eat right. If I let loose on the food and beer, bam! 15 pounds in a week.

1. CREATINE 2. PROTIEN 3. EAT PROFUSLEY 4. TRAIN HARDER 5. BEER WORKS TOO. (ALL IN THE SAME DAY)
crazy thing about diets is when i try to gain weight i start losing, i diet to lose weight i gain.....this crazy rotation keeps me at my weight i'm at now.

TK right now i cannt take creatine. i get too jacked. train harder, yes i need to. i already do most of that, but injuries add up.

What kind of workout are you doing right now michael? Working legs & back really hard puts weight on anyone since they're the biggest muscles in the body...
Compound movements + extra calories= weight gain, for most people weather you're natural or not. Just gotta be consistant and try to eat healthy, as you want the weight to be solid as possible.
