Sometimes 3 times Thats awesome ryan. I cant find people to pull w me consistantly every wk. Its usually once one wk & twice the next.

If you are pulling 3 times a week then your not doing something right, I'm sore from sunday to weds after a practice and from weds to sunday after a workout, if your healed enough to pull 3 times a week PULL HARDER
there also is such a thing as over training, and training while your broke down can do more harm than good
Josh if your working out in between then practice every 2 weeks is sufficiant, just ask the California Armbenders

If you are pulling 3 times a week then your not doing something right, I'm sore from sunday to weds after a practice and from weds to sunday after a workout, if your healed enough to pull 3 times a week PULL HARDER there also is such a thing as over training, and training while your broke down can do more harm than good Josh if your working out in between then practice every 2 weeks is sufficiant, just ask the California Armbenders Same here We Practice Saturday nights and Im sore til tues/wensday and then ready to go again saturday---tho practice starts at 7pm and usually lasts til 12or1am or later- (tho I havent stayed past 11:30 due to only being able to pull right handed.

1. Lose the belly 2. Quit Drinking Booze (already started) 3. Quit Chewing Tobacco ( very difficult am going to try though ) 4. Train Smarter 5. Find new training partners 6. Go to a Nationals and try to WIN !
Live a healthy lifestyle and start treating my body better before it gets really pissed off !

Attend 5-6 tournaments. Try to get down to 176lbs. (currently 203lbs.) Place top 3 in a tournament. See my training partner win his first National Title.
